1Delete in the app
Step 1. Open the VARStats app and sign in.
Step 2. Open the Profile tab.
Step 3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
2Delete without the app
Email info@varstats.com from the address your account is registered with, subject “Delete account”. We will delete the account within 7 days and send you a confirmation.
3What is deleted
Your email address, nickname, password (stored only as a hash), the link to Google or Apple sign-in, favourite teams, notification settings, the Telegram bot link and all active sign-in sessions.
If you never paid, the account is deleted completely together with all related data.
4What is kept and for how long
If you made payments, payment records (plan, amount, date, the provider’s payment number) and payment provider notifications are kept — they are needed for accounting and payment disputes. The account itself is anonymised: these records can no longer be linked to your email or nickname.
These records are kept for as long as the law requires for payment accounting. Email info@varstats.com and we will delete them earlier where the law allows.
5Subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or App Store → Apple ID settings → Subscriptions.
6Deleting some of your data
To delete part of your data without deleting the account (for example, the Telegram link or favourite teams), email info@varstats.com — we will do it within 7 days.
