1 About the service
VARStats (“we”, “the service”) is a sports-analytics website and app: statistics from played matches and probability estimates for outcomes, totals, corners, cards and other markets, calculated by a statistical model.
VARStats is not a gambling operator or intermediary, does not accept bets and does not pay out winnings. We do not provide investment, financial or other advice. Any decisions made based on the site's content are the user's own responsibility.
2 Age
The service is intended for users aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in their country of residence if higher. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3 Accuracy of predictions
Probability estimates are built from historical statistics and do not guarantee the outcome of any specific match. The model is checked regularly against past results, but sport is inherently unpredictable. We are not liable for any decisions, financial or otherwise, made based on the service's content, including sports betting with third parties.
4 Account
Some features require registration, by email or through Google and Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one user; sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
In the app, Premium can also be bought without registering. In that case we automatically create a guest account with no email or password, linked to this device, and attach the purchase to it. Until you have a regular account, Premium works only on this device; after reinstalling the app, the “Restore purchases” button brings it back. You can create an account or sign in with Apple or Google later — the subscription moves to that account.
5 Subscription and payment
A free trial period is available after registration. Full access afterwards is paid, at the rates shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Payment is accepted by card and cryptocurrency; payment methods may be added over time.
A subscription renews automatically for a new period at the selected rate until cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in account settings — access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no refund is issued for the remaining days.
We refund a mistaken or duplicate charge when you contact support with proof of payment. Otherwise, paid subscription periods are non-refundable, except where the law applicable to your purchase requires it.
The free trial starts after you confirm your email, is available once per person and per device, and is not granted if the account already has an active subscription.
6 Acceptable use
You may not: automatically collect data from the site (scraping, bots) without written permission; resell, republish or present the service's material as your own; attempt to bypass access restrictions or the paid tier; interfere with the service's operation in any way, including by overloading it with requests.
7 Intellectual property
VARStats’ design, text, statistical model, database and code are protected by copyright and belong to the service or are used under licence. Using the site's material beyond personal, non-commercial viewing requires separate permission.
8 Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep the data accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, or complete agreement with original sources. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on the service's content.
9 Personal data
We collect account data (email, interface language), technical session data and payment records. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are handled directly by the payment provider and are not stored on VARStats’ servers. Cookies are used to keep you signed in, remember your language choice, and for basic traffic analytics.
Data is not sold to third parties and is shared only with those needed to run the service — payment and infrastructure providers — to the extent required. You can request account and data deletion through the contact page.
10 Suspension of access
We may restrict or terminate account access for violating these terms, including attempts to bypass payment or automated data collection, without a refund for the remaining subscription period.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version.
12 Governing law
We aim to resolve disputes directly with the user. Where that is not possible, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of residence apply, to the extent they apply to this purchase.

14 Purchases through the App Store and Google Play
You can subscribe in the app through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Such a purchase is processed and charged by the store under its own rules; the price and period are shown in the app before you pay. Turn off auto-renewal in the subscription settings of your Apple ID or Google Play account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds for these purchases are handled by the store.
The following also applies to the app on iPhone and iPad. These terms are concluded between you and VARStats only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”); VARStats, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. You are granted a non-transferable right to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms; other accounts in your Family Sharing group may also use it where the purchase supports this.
VARStats alone is responsible for maintenance and support of the app; Apple has no obligation to provide them. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app; any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are the responsibility of VARStats.
VARStats, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer protection or similar legislation, and claims that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. When using the app you must also comply with applicable third-party terms, such as those of your wireless data provider.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and upon your acceptance of them Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
